Thank you to Margaret Thorley for her hard work to create 2000 remembrance poppies and thank you to the volunteers who ‘planted’ them. The churchyard is full of this reminder and even on a wet November day they look stunning!

The funeral of Revd Peter Rolls will take place on Saturday 16^th September at 11.30am in St James Church, Meltham Mills.

In very recent years Peter has had a passion for cake, in fact his eyes would light up at the sight of cake, so after the service everyone is invited to stay, share memories of Peter and join us for a cup of coffee/tea and cake.
